Refund/Cancellation Policy

All orders may be cancelled for a full refund before the order is shipped out.

Please keep in mind that due to cookies shipping less than 24 hours after the order period closes, once your order is shipped, your purchase is final sale and no longer eligible for a refund.

Are your products safe to eat for people with food allergies?

Even when flavors do not explicitly contain nuts, all products are baked on shared equipment which handle wheat, dairy, eggs, peanuts, and tree nuts. While we do our best to prevent cross contamination, we cannot guarantee traces of these ingredients won't make their way into any given order. For your safety, if you have a severe allergy, please consult with your physician before purchasing and consuming.

Do you offer gluten-free options?

At the moment we do not offer any gluten-free options. However, we are constantly exploring avenues to be more inclusive so if/when that changes, we will let you know!

Are all of your ingredients halal and kosher?

We pride ourselves on using only halal and kosher ingredients. Yes even the marshmallows :)

Cookies

How soon do cookies ship out?

To ensure peak freshness, all orders are baked and shipped on the same day from Mon-Wed. The order window will be open every Friday from 11am - 10pm CST or until we sell out: whichever comes first. Once packages leave our kitchen, it typically takes 1-3 business days to deliver to your door.

Where do you ship the cookies to?

At this time, we are only shipping within the state of Minnesota with plans to expand nationwide. Stay tuned for updates!

Can I pick up the cookies instead of having them delivered?

At this time, cookies are only available via shipping. We are working with local sources to allow pick-ups to be possible so stay tuned!

I have an event coming up. Do you cater?

We would love to cater your special event! Please send an email to info@corecookies.com with specifics at least 4-weeks in advance and we will get back to you shortly!

How should I store my cookies and what is the shelf life?

When stored in an airtight container, most cookies are good for up to 1-week at room temperature and up to 1 month in the freezer.

Avoid storing in direct sunlight. For optimal taste, warm your cookies in a 350°F oven for 3-10 minutes (depending on if you stored them on your counter or in your freezer) and enjoy. Careful not to burn yourself!
